"We had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Karen on both our maternity photos as well as newborn photos with our second baby. I never took maternity photos for our first pregnancy, and this time around I knew I wanted to capture the beauty of the miracle that God had created within me. I searched high and low for photographers (including making a huge spreadsheet, ha!), and after TONS of research I knew that I had to work with Karen-- her work just stood out to me above all others. Little did I know how incredible of a human she also is! She greeted us with the warmest smile, a hand-written sign welcoming us to her studio, and immediately put me at ease. She helped me pick out the PERFECT dress for the session-- both her encouraging words and the dress made me feel gorgeous, which is not easy to feel like when you are 8+ months pregnant. We brought our toddler to the session and he took to her right away. Our session was SO MUCH FUN, and I had no doubt during it that Karen was capturing beautiful images. Even so, I was blown away by her work when we got the images back-- they were more beautiful than I could have ever hoped for. Then, we had our newborn session. Once again, Karen greeted us with her warm smile, hugs, hand-written sign, and told us that there was no rush -- to just relax and enjoy the process. I will never forget this session. Karen was so kind, gracious, patient, and loving throughout the entire session. She has such a gift of making you feel relaxed and comfortable. She worked so hard to capture the PERFECT images of our family. I had so much fun doing the session with her-- so many laughs, including when my newborn went potty all over her props (and my husband!). We connected on our love for Jesus and trusting Him in the challenging seasons. I'll truly never forget the session-- not only because she captured the most BEAUTIFUL photos of my family, but also because of the warmth of her spirit and the love of Jesus that pours out of her. She is truly one-of-a-kind and I am so grateful that God brought her into my life. She is the absolute best!!"

"Karen Egeberg is a wonderful and gifted photographer! We have two sons and a daughter. She has taken all three of their senior portraits and they were beautiful; she captured their individual personalities. I love how she gets to know them before taking their pictures; she has them fill out a questionnaire then chats with them on the phone prior to the shoot. I am moved to tears when I see the images of my kids and it was so hard to choose which images to order because they were all so beautiful! She has also created wonderful sports posters for each of our kids in their individual sports. All the posters and senior portraits hang on our walls in our home and everyone who sees them. love them. God has truly gifted Karen for what she is doing-capturing precious memories for our family. "I was introduced to Karen and His Image photography when she was taking my son's youth wrestling individual pictures. She was very friendly, energetic, and worked great with all the wrestlers. On top of that she took a wonderful picture. The picture quality, vivid colors and amazing background really brought the picture to life.  As the coordinator for the summer baseball and softball programs in Winsted, I wanted to bring this same experience I had to the parents in our program. We typically have anywhere from 10-12 teams with approximately 150-160 players that play ball in Winsted each summer. The ages of these players range from 4-12. Karen is very patient, she kept things moving, and was open to new ideas. Karen is easy to get a hold of and does a great job of returning calls.
